GILBERT is proud to announce the signing of Australian Netball Diamond and NSW Swifts player, Mo'onia Gerrard, as a GILBERT brand ambassador. Mo'onia has a long and proud history with netball in Australia, having competed at an elite level for over 10 years. Mo'onia is a two-time World Champion (2007 and 2011) and a Commonwealth Games silver medalist (2010).

Her passion and dedication on the court is matched by her passion and dedication to the development of the game off the court" said Jon Clarke, GILBERT Brand Manager. GILBERT have commenced development on a new netball, designed by Mo'onia which will be released early this year.
Mo'onia joins current GILBERT ambassadors Sharelle McMahon and Irene Van Dyk.

GILBERT is proud to announce a new and exciting partnership with the Brisbane Junior Rugby Club (BJRU). This will see GILBERT at the official ball and equipment supplier across all representative levels of the Brisbane Junior Rugby Union for the 2012 season and beyond.
Lawrence McGregor-Lowndes, BJRU President, is delighted to be partnering with GILBERT. "GILBERT is widely recognised as the number one brand in Rugby Union so to have junior rugby players throughout Brisbane using GILBERT balls and equipment is a great opportunity".
This agreement ensures that the next generation of St. George Queensland Reds and Qantas Wallabies use what is globally recognised as the best quality rugby ball.
The partnership, in conjunction with GILBERT's agreements with the Australian Rugby Union, QLD Rugby Union, Victorian Rugby Union, SA Rugby Union and WA Rugby Union, further confirms GILBERT's position as the brand of choice in the world of Rugby Union.
